Professional commercial cleaning services with clear terms and expectations

Welcome to Business Shine Services! We're a team of professional commercial cleaners dedicated to providing reliable and high-quality cleaning services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules and expectations when you use our services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

2. Your Agreement

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You will comply with all local laws and these Terms.
  • You are either the property owner or have permission to authorize cleaning services on the premises.

3. Services Provided

We provide commercial and office cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Routine office cleaning
  • Common area cleaning
  • Restroom sanitation
  • Surface disinfection
  • Floor and carpet cleaning
  • Custom cleaning requests by agreement

Important Notes:

  • We bring our own standard cleaning equipment and products.
  • If you require specific products to be used, you must provide them and let us know in advance.
  • We require running water, electricity, and safe access to the premises in order to complete our services.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online.
  • All bookings are confirmed only once we send you a confirmation.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept bank transfers.
  • Late payments (more than 14 days overdue) may incur a late fee of $25 and may lead to suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a $40 fee.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service termination.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the service, let us know within 48 hours and we'll arrange a visit and resolve the reasonable and valid concern at the earliest for the specific area(s) in question.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleans
  • Biohazard conditions or excessive clutter

7. Safety & Property Conditions

To ensure the safety of our team:

  • All hazardous materials must be removed before cleaning.
  • Pets should be secured and not interfere with our work.
  • We do not clean areas affected by mold, vermin, or bodily fluids.
  • Heavy lifting or moving of furniture is not included in our services.

Unsafe conditions may result in immediate service cancellation without refund.

8. Damage or Loss

Our cleaners handle your property with care. If damage occurs due to our actions:

  • Notify us within 48 hours with photos and a description.
  • Do not attempt repairs without our written approval.
  • We may offer to repair, replace, or reimburse based on fair market value.

Business Shine Services is not liable for wear-and-tear, fragile items not disclosed, or damage due to pre-existing conditions.

9. Employment Practices & Non-Solicitation

All our cleaners are background-checked and trained.

Do not attempt to hire our cleaners directly. If you hire a current or former Business Shine Services cleaner (within 12 months of your last appointment), you agree to pay a $5,000 referral fee.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use your personal information (e.g. name, address, phone number) only to provide and improve our services. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to complete your service or by law.

11. Promotions & Communications

By booking with us, you agree to receive occasional emails or SMS about:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Service updates
  • Promotions and offers

You can opt-out anytime by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link.

12. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of income or business interruption
  • Any claims exceeding the total amount you paid for the specific service

13. Disputes & Resolutions

If you're unhappy with our service, please contact us at 0212820006 within 48 hours. We'll aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days through re-cleaning, partial refund, or another fair solution.

14. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to cancel services for:

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows
  • Unsafe or unsanitary work conditions
  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
